Job Description
We need a creative intern to lead our content development and communications. You'll create different types of content including educational materials, product copy, user guides, technical documentation, and social media content. This works well for someone who enjoys content creation, storytelling, and has interest in technology.
Your Role
Create different content types: educational materials, product copy, user guides, technical documentation, and case studies
Manage content management systems (CMS) and keep documentation repositories updated
Handle product documentation, API guides, and user manuals
Manage platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
Write clear, engaging captions and blog posts
Track engagement numbers and suggest improvements
Help with communications, campaigns, and online events
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
Experience with content development in multiple formats
CMS management and technical documentation experience
Know how to use Canva or similar tools
Comfortable using social scheduling tools or willing to learn (like SocialBee)
Bonus: Tech background or real interest in technology
Bonus: Experience with short videos (Reels, TikToks) or newsletter tools
Ideal Candidate
Strong written and visual communication
Content development expertise with social media management skills
Creative, organized, self-starter and have great work ethic
Can commit 40 hours/week
